Shipping Policy
There are currently 2 shipping methods available on Stokk, self pick-up and postage via our logistic partner. The type of shipping method available is set by each vendor for their respective products.
Self Pick Up
The instructions for Self pick-up will be clearly stated on the shipping information tab on the product page. Self pick-up is free unless stated otherwise in the shipping information tab.
Postage

Postage will be handled via our logistic partner, Pgeon.
2.
Shipping is only available currently domestically in Malaysia for both East and Malaysia.
3.
Shipping rates vary depending on location and parcel weight. Please refer to the table below for more information.
West Malaysia

Shipping times are usually 2-3 working days for West Malaysia and 3-4 working days for East Malaysia. Shipping times are calculated from when the parcel is dropped off at the Pgeon points.

If a parcel has been in transit for more than 5 working days and there has been no updates with the tracking information provided, please contact the Stokk team at customer@stokk.myand we would be happy to assist you.
